Let us be among the first to welcome you to Reinhardt Estates.  We are glad to have you in our neighborhood and hope you find Reinhardt Estates to be a wonderful place to call home.

 

My family and I have lived in Reinhardt Estates for many years, and year over year, we grow to love the neighborhood and our neighbors all the more.

 

Please be aware of certain deed restrictions for home design review noted in your title commitment.  Our neighborhood's design review is in addition to any review the City of Fairway will undertake in approving building plans.  We have a committee that reviews submitted plans.  Further information can be found on this website under Design Review Process.  If you have any questions on the view process, please email the design review committee at petermho@yahoo.com.

 

 

 

Attached is a subdivision map that roughly identifies different color-coded geographic areas that contain similar deed restrictions for the properties included in the boundaries in each area.  The recently-conducted title searches did not identify any deed restrictions for the areas with either no color or that have a striped pattern, but the properties in these areas may still indeed have deed restrictions on them.
